This committee is made up of the Council Chairman, Vice Chairman and the chairman of the various committees.
Its primary function is to ensure the Council has policies in place to meet current regulations coveriing the activities of the council.
It manages the finances of the council by setting and monitoring the budget.
It considers any legal matters which may arise.
Any recommendations arising are presented to the Full Council meeting, which takes place on the last Thursday of each month (with the exception of December).
