This committee is made up of the Council Chairman, Vice Chairman and the chairman of the various committees.

Its primary function is to ensure the Council has policies in place, meeting current regulations for the various activities of the council including employment of its staff. It also manages the finances of the council in setting the annual budget and its expenditure. It also reviews and manages the mandatory reserves required bases against the assets of the council. The Council owning the Box Hill Common, Playing Fields, Pavilion, Cemetery with its lodge and the Council offices.

It also looks at any legal matters which any arise. Any recommendations are considered and agreed by the full Council meeting which takes place and the end of each month when all Councillors are present.
